Processing and Delivery Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days OR 3-5 days after a custom item is approved. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Carrier Responsibility Exodus Thirty Five is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. After an item is marked as "shipped," the delivery is officially out of our hands. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions.

  • Lost or stolen packages.

  • Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Claims and Issues If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it is delayed in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

International Shipping For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
